To make any changes to the delivery address of an order, please contact us at our customer service at hello@speciesunicas.com.

 

To be able to return a product, you have 14 days from the day of receipt of the same. Before making any return, you must contact the customer service of Especies Únicas at hello@speciesunicas.com to communicate and to help you in the process.

 

 Upon receiving the goods back, we will refund the amount paid on the product during the following 15 days.

 

When an order has not been delivered for reasons other than Especies Únicas, we will refund the full amount of your purchase.

 

Any type of modification can be made in an order by telephone, as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. In the event that this is not the case, it will not be possible to make modifications to the order.

 

The shipping costs depend on the published rate at a certain time. In a timely manner, you can find extra shipping services with an extra cost surcharge.

 

Some products need a special shipment that will always have an additional surcharge.

 

If you choose to pay with bank transfers, you should know that the delivery time will start right after receiving the payment confirmation from our bank.

 

The delivery of the order will be made at the address indicated at the time of purchase, by our logistics providers, unless you are not in your home or because of the characteristics of the property, or the volume or weight of the order, delivery is impossible , do not worry, because our provider will leave you a notice or contact you to coordinate the day and time of delivery.
